In downtown Denver, the hi-dive hosts a Halloween cover show on Saturday, Oct. 31. Local musicians perform covers of songs by The B-52s, Wire, Misfits, The Monks, and Beat Happening, with DJ sets from KYC. Doors open at 7 p.m., and tickets cost $15.

Blitzkid brings its Modern Hel tour to HQ on Saturday, Oct. 31, alongside Lost Cause, America’s Most Haunted, and WitchHands. The all-ages show has tickets priced at $30.97. Sets begin at 11:59 p.m., and tickets are $39.69 via Colorado Bass Heads. Organizers provide the specific address and parking details to ticket holders on the day of the show.

Several venues offer free entry. White Rose Motor Oil plays an album release show at Bar 404, 404 Broadway, on Saturday at 7 p.m., with support from Black & White Motion Picture and Tensas and the Mourners. The Crypt hosts a dance party called a slumber party massacre on Friday and Saturday starting at 8 p.m., with no cover charge and a kitchen open until midnight.
